I began working with Marc when I was looking for a house in Eagle Rock. I wanted someone with extensive experience negotiating with banks, who knew and lived in the area, knew the up and coming neighborhoods. The benefit of working with Marc is that he is not a one dimensional agent. He has experience in home remodeling and construction and gave me suggestions on how he would remodel the house to maximize "livability" and floor space while at the same time keeping construction costs to a minimum and maximizing home value when it comes time to refinance. Marc also sat down with me and reviewed the financing options from various mortgage companies because I was truly confused by all the paperwork. Marc held my hand all the way through the process. I had an excellent experience with Marc. We found our dream home and though there was quite a bit of competition he advised us well and negotiated our terms and got us our home. It was a long process (short sale) but he managed our expectations and navigated us through all obstacles. He even paid fees that the seller should have covered to make sure we got our home.
